First time here was July 4, 2010. The specialty cocktail menu is terrific. If you're lucky enough to have the bartender/waitress that we had, you'll have a lot of fun! She offered some silly and honest banter with all four people in our party. Any restaurant touting dark and stormys on their bar menu is an A+ in my mind. Even so, who could pass up a jalepeno and peach martini? Not me!! I'm still thinking about it. All of the appetizers that we had (which made up our entire meal) were outstanding. We ate in the bar, located in the basement, and liked it so much we went back a few days later, only to find that the service was not as good as it had been a week earlier. A different bartender took our order and came back 35 minutes later only to tell us he hadn't placed our order and then offered nothing to compensate for the mistake. That being said, the creative food and drinks were once again enjoyed for my company's holiday party in December. I was so glad to be back and to partake in the jalepeno and peach martini that I forgave the mistakes from July. I will be back.
