Welcome to MACHE BISTRO, a small restaurant in downtown Bar Harbor. We serve rustic French food cooked with the finest locally grown produce, freshest seafood and organic meats.

I am constantly changing the menu at MACHE BISTRO to reflect the breadth and bounty of our local Maine farms and fisheries. Please join me and the staff at MACHE BISTRO for an evening of delicious food and drink in our dining room, or relax over wine and appetizers at the bar.

We're open Monday through Saturday from 5pm until closing. Reservations are suggested: To make a reservation simply call 207-288-0447 and leave your name, the number of guests, a way to contact you, and the date and time you wish to reserve. We'll contact you as soon as possible to confirm.
