mediocre food, high prices, poor service - what a combo
The forte of this restaurant is the view though the food is very 'Maine' as well. If you are looking for really fresh seafood and want to eat it with a harbor view, this place won't disappoint! It's our favorite local place to eat and we wait each year with anticipation for their spring opening! Oh, by the way, it was a favorite of Charles Kuralt and Walter Cronkite ate there too, I think. Former President George Bush (Daddy) was seen motoring into the marina that is part of the complex. Don't know if he ate there or not. And oh yes, it has a fascinating marina that often 'houses' spectacular yachts as they motor (or sail) up and down the coast. So, if you appreciate fresh seafood and love boatwatching, you'll love this place!!
