Thank you for coming to our very unique restaurant. To give you a truly different dining experience, we have brought together some of the most popular dishes from around the globe. We have spent many long hours designing and researching to find the best ingredients from all cultures. We have tried to keep the costs of our products down so that every walk of life can come here and enjoy our cuisine. As you travel through southern Maine and enjoy some of the many fine restaurants we have to offer, we hope that you will leave our restaurant with a memorable experience and tell your family and friends. In closing, I would like to introduce you to our culinary from China, Chef Rin Duong and from Japan, to be announced. And of course me, from Vietnam, Chef/Owner Thinh Bui.
