Wonderful food in generous portions at great prices.
I am impressed by this small, intimate "cafe," not because their food is amazing (it is good, but not great), but because they actually pull off their small dining area with an air of friendliness and comfort. Their servers are always extremely friendly, and will remember you if you come back more than once. The prices are just right for a quick breakfast, lunch, or coffee break. I can eat with my husband and daughter for less than $20, which makes it possible for us to go out more often. The food is homestyle, and done pretty well, and is satisfying. Even the coffee is good, and since I drink it black, I know what I'm talking about! Try them out if you're in town, you won't be disappointed. And try out one of their specials, because you can tell the cook(s) take the extra time and effort to present something new every day that they think tastes good to them.
